Honey, it’s time for the Pollinator Festival at the Daniels Farmstead! The buzz on Sunday, July 26 is all about our local pollinators, the role they play, and the delicious products they can provide for us.
The Pollinator Festival will take place from 11 AM to 3 PM on Sunday, July 26, 2026, alongside the weekly Daniels Farmstead Farmers Market.
Shop til’ you drop
With over a dozen local vendors and small businesses, there will be something for everyone! Make sure to take advantage of the handcrafted goods like candles, woodwork, and small gifts that will be in abundance to purchase.
Fresh Produce
The other stars of the show are our local farmers. Pranaveda Farm grows fresh produce right on-site at the Farmstead – be sure to pick up some of their sweet Sungold tomatoes! Stone Meadow Hand Grown Produce, famous for artisan produce and fresh-cut flowers will be there, along with Tillfree Farm and Services, who grows produce using regenerative, no-till practices. Willy’s Way Farm is your source for corn – there’s no better time than summer to get fresh, sweet corn for those barbeques!
Pollinator Conservation and Appreciation
In the spirit of pollinator conservation, we’re also excited to have The Local Meadow with us, who will not only have native, insecticide-free perennial plants, but will also represent the Massachusetts Pollinator Network, providing educational materials on ways to support pollinators!
Fresh honey will, of course, be readily available. Castle Gray Homestead will be selling honey and other related products, so don’t miss your chance to buy straight from the source.
Baked Goods
Kate’s Crusty Crumb will be joining the markets for the first time – browse, smell, taste, and take home some irresistible baked goods, from fresh sourdough to pretzels, cinnamon rolls, and more!
Award-Winning Lemon and Limeade
Need something to sip on while you shop? Try award-winning, fresh squeezed lemonade and limeade in a variety of flavors from Twizted Beverages. If you’re brave enough, try them all!
Eat and Enjoy
It wouldn’t be a summer market without burgers, dogs, and more! Indulge in summer fare from Doris’ Grill, prepared by Galliford’s Restaurant and Tavern, while listening to acoustic tunes performed by Wayne Dunnebier, “The Railroad Picker,” who will be strumming from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.
Join us at the Pollinator Festival
The Farmstead is free to enter, although food and vendor purchases are sold separately. While not required, parking donations are greatly appreciated and directly support the preservation and care of the Daniels Farmstead property.
Make a beeline to the farm this weekend for local shopping, community, fun and history packed into one real-good summer afternoon.
