Step Back in Time: Civil War Reenactment Returns to The Daniels Farmstead
History comes to life at the Daniels Farmstead Civil War Reenactment, set to take place on Saturday, June 28, and Sunday, June 29, 2025. Hosted in partnership with the New England Brigade, this immersive experience offers visitors a unique glimpse into the sights, sounds, and stories of the American Civil War.
The event will feature live battle reenactments, historical demonstrations, and interactive encampments, bringing together reenactors from across the region to showcase authentic 19th-century military and civilian life.
Event Highlights:
Battle Reenactments – Experience the action firsthand as Union and Confederate forces engage in battles on both Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 PM.
Living History Encampments – Tour reenactor camps and witness daily life as soldiers, civilians, and historical interpreters demonstrate cooking, drills, and period crafts.
