Restore the Daniels Farmhouse: Preserving a Blackstone Legacy

Step back into 1750, where the story of the Daniels Farmstead began.

We’re raising funds to restore the original Daniels Farmhouse, a cornerstone of local and American history. This carefully preserved home tells the story of generations of the Daniels family, including those who served in the Revolutionary War and helped shape the Blackstone Valley.

Our restoration will stabilize the structure, repair historic woodwork and masonry, and return rooms to their 18th- and 19th-century appearance for public tours and educational programs.

Campaign Goal: $250,000

Your Impact: Help preserve one of the region’s last intact colonial farmhouses.

Rebuild the Historic Cider Mill: From Press to Pride

Long before modern convenience, apples from the orchard were pressed by hand at the original Daniels Cider Mill—a structure once central to farm life and local commerce.

Now, we’re bringing it back.

We aim to rebuild the original cider mill on its historic footprint using period-appropriate materials and methods. This working mill will become an immersive experience for visitors, showcasing the craft of cider pressing while anchoring the story of agricultural innovation in the Blackstone Valley.

Campaign Goal: $300,000

Your Impact: Reignite an agricultural tradition and create a space for interpretation, demonstration, and inspiration.

Build the Blackstone Valley Cider Co. Taproom: A New Chapter Begins

The next generation of cider starts here.

The Blackstone Valley Cider Co. Taproom will be a warm, welcoming space where guests can sample small-batch hard cider crafted from local apples, enjoy farm-inspired bites, and take in views of the Daniels orchards. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the taproom will serve as a year-round hub for tastings, events, live music, and community gatherings.

This modern barn-style structure will also include production facilities, guest restrooms, and space for educational programming about fermentation and sustainable agriculture.

Campaign Goal: $600,000

Your Impact: Help us turn a historical craft into a vibrant farm-to-glass experience for visitors across the region.
